Why are there small black specs in my candle?
We use recycled wax to create our candles. In the wax melting process, there may be parts of old wicks left that had burned into the old candle. There is no need to worry, you can still burn your candle the same. Just think of it as a beauty mark, or a reminder that your candle helped the environment!
My candle isn't as scented as I was hoping for.
To add scents to candles, each type of wax needs to be melted to a certain temperature for the scents to be released. Since we used recycled wax, we can never be 100% sure what type of wax is in the mix; meaning sometimes we cannot reach the temperature requirements for those types of waxes.
Can I get a candle made in a custom shape?
We are working on adding a 3D printer to our fleet so we can make custom shaped candles in large quantities. If you are interested in this option, reach out to us via email so we can alert you once we are ready to go!
Shipping is expensive. Can I purchase your candles in store?
Shipping is expensive! We are located in Vancouver, BC and are always happy to allow pick up to save on some shipping fees! Just send us a message before you place your order so we can organize this for you.
We are also working on getting into some stores in the lower mainland, stay tuned!
Has my order been dispatched yet?
Orders are generally dispatched within 1-5 working days, sometimes sooner. You will receive a dispatch email when your order has been dispatched, please check your SPAM/Junk box just in case it slips in there. If you cannot find your dispatch email or think you may have deleted it, contact us and we can give you real time information on whether your order has been dispatched or not.
Returns
Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
I put the wrong address for my order, can I change it?
If you have put in the incorrect delivery address on your order then please contact us within 24 hours. If your order hasn't been shipped then we can update your delivery address but if the order has been shipped then unfortunately there is nothing we can do.
I ordered 2 or more items, why did I only receive one?
When you order multiple items at a time they might be shipped separately as products are shipped from different warehouses. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once... they will get to you!
I need to cancel or change my order, how do I do this?
We always try our best to facilitate you, however if your order has already been shipped then we cannot cancel your order.
If you would like to change your order then please contact us ASAP. We will try our best to accommodate any changes providing your order hasn't already been shipped. If your order has been shipped then we will not be able to change the order.
My order is still not here please help?
If you order has taken longer than 15 working days from dispatch then please contact us and we will look into it for you. We offer a Money Back Guarantee or will have your order resent.
Why did I not receive a confirmation email after placing the order?
There's a good chance that our email has ended up in your SPAM/JUNK folder so please do check there. If you still cannot find it and would like it resent then please do let us know.
I don't have a tracking number, when will I get it?
When you receive your dispatched email you can contact us for an update on your tracking.
